Chris has worked in business and delivery leadership roles within the services industry for more than 25 years. Over the past decade, he has focused on helping clients in the financial services industry to advance their IT value proposition by improving operational efficiencies and enhancing their internal service offerings to client business units. On his list of accomplishments, Chris led one the largest messaging migrations in Microsoft’s history. As a Project Architect, he understands and applies a pragmatic approach to solution delivery, always mindful of stakeholder expectations and perceptions. Chris is a dynamic leader and a seasoned executive, with a history of building positive executive level relation-ships with clients and vendors.
